Bookings and Cancellations

Warranty on Parts and Workmanship

Side Car Mirrors stands behind the quality of our work. All repairs and replacements are covered by a workmanship warranty for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to the exclusions below.

• Our warranty covers defects in installation and fitting, mirror glass quality, housing and cover fitment, and electrical components including motors and wiring.
• Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, collisions or external impact after the service, damage resulting from customer misuse or negligence, pre-existing damage unrelated to the mirror service, and normal wear and tear over time.
• To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly with your booking details and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Side Car Mirrors liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
