Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Side Car Mirrors Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Side Car Mirrors Australia provides mobile car mirror glass and housing replacement services across Australia. Services are performed on-site at a location agreed upon by both parties at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of booking, or if safe access to the vehicle cannot be obtained.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the actual job differs from what was described (e.g. additional damage discovered on arrival). Any variation will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on part availability, vehicle complexity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via phone, SMS, email, or our online form. We will confirm your booking by phone or SMS.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We request at least 2 hours' notice before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.

4. Warranty

All workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of service. This covers defects in installation or part failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party interference
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
  • Damage resulting from weather events or road debris

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@sidecarmirrors.com.au with your booking details and a description of the issue.

5. Liability

We take every precaution to perform our work safely and to a high standard. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle that is not related to the mirror replacement service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the vehicle and the damage at the time of booking
  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location
  • Ensuring the vehicle is legally parked in a safe location for our technician to work
